20v is an Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS) fitness studio in Australia. At 20v we pride ourselves on using the best technology, expert trainers and creating the most efficient experience for our clients. See results with only one 20-minute session per week.

20v was founded by a group of time poor individuals, who no longer wanted to miss out on life to spend time at the gym. 

Our members get a full-body workout in 20 minutes giving them more time without sacrificing their health and wellbeing.

EMS Training is a personalised experience that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, low impact and non-weight bearing.

Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS)

EMS training has become a growing trend throughout the world. It is a unique and innovative form of exercise. This whole-body workout which contracts 90% of your muscles at the same time uses low-frequency electrical pulses that cause the muscle to contract. This results in an intense workout that the body wouldn’t be able to achieve alone with conventional training. Even muscles that are not regularly trained and used are stimulated during EMS training. One 20 minute EMS session is the equivalent of a 4-hour session of conventional weight training in the gym.

Byron has been trained by the guru of EMS, Jens Vatter and comes to Australia as an EMS expert. Byron has over 5 years experience in EMS training. He is fun, hard-working and very knowledgeable.
